In EXW Incoterms, we provide customs clearance of the purchased goods at our warehouse. You would need to arrange transportation yourself.

DDU
We arrange transportation
In DDU Incoterms, we arrange transportation to the desired destination and adjust the price accordingly. The buyer is responsible for paying for customs clearance and/or VAT at the destination coutry.
Partial upfront payment
We request a partial upfront payment to begin production.
Of course, you would like to have your own design printed on the matchboxes and candles.
Designing your custom design is already included in the EXW price on our website.
We shall design the product to your liking.

This is an example of how the end product will be delivered to you.
When speaking of a minimum order of 1 million matchboxes, we are speaking about 1000 boxes of product. It is the equivalent of 14 pallets, as seen in the photo. The approximate weight of a box is 7.7 kg, while the whole pallet weighs about 550kg.
